Having performed on stage in front of thousands as lead vocalist and front man, Glenn quickly realized the necessity to play and deliver to the audiences desires. As a result, Glenn has performed nationally and internationally to standing room only audiences.

Following a successful career in the music industry, Glenn then turned his sights on the beauty industry. In 1978 Glenn opened his first hair salon and has enjoyed over the top growth for nearly 40 years, generating millions of dollars in his salon. Although highly trained, practiced and skilled Glenn quickly realized that his personal and financial growth were more highly impacted by his ability to communicate with the client than to simply perform the technical task.

In 1979 Glenn began training salon owners and stylists in the art of clear communications and has of today trained thousands of successful businesses individuals.

Glenn’s ability to teach the accuracy of sales through clear communications has drawn the attention of individuals and business large and small. From training the professional sales team of Proctor and Gamble and Paul Mitchell to educating and consulting sales team of Renaissance Publishing to its highest sales of its 50 year history.

Glenn is an active member of the National Speakers Association (NSA), NSA Board member at the local level, Vice President of Education and Sales for the Evolve Corporation, and an active member of Intercoiffure (ICA) which represents only the top 1% of salons worldwide.
